A private workspace for making and publishing video
MCRU is the operator’s own tool for preparing videos, scheduling them on the YouTube channels the operator owns, and checking how they perform. It is not a public service and has no sign-up.
What MCRU does
MCRU works only with the operator’s own YouTube channels.
Prepare and review
Ideas turn into scripts and finished videos, and each video goes through checks before it is published.
Schedule and publish
Uploads a finished video to a connected channel and sets the time it goes live.
Measure performance
Reads YouTube Analytics and viewer comments for the connected channels. For each video it shows views, watch time, audience retention and subscribers.
How channel access works
Access starts and ends with the channel owner.
The channel owner approves access on Google’s own consent screen.
MCRU uses only the permissions that were approved.
The owner can withdraw access at any time in Google account settings.
YouTube API Services
MCRU uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API, the YouTube Analytics API and the YouTube Reporting API). Using MCRU means you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains which data MCRU accesses and how it is used. You can withdraw access at Google security settings whenever you like.
MCRU has no public sign-up. Only the operator connects channels, and every connected channel belongs to the operator.
