Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
In these terms, “we”, “our” and “us” mean MCRU’s operator, and “you” means the owner of a YouTube channel connected to MCRU. By connecting a channel to MCRU or otherwise using MCRU, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use MCRU.
2. What MCRU is
MCRU is a private tool for preparing, publishing and measuring video. The operator uses it to prepare videos, schedule them on channels the operator owns, and read performance data for those channels. MCRU has no public sign-up and is not offered to the general public.
3. YouTube Terms of Service
MCRU uses YouTube API Services. By using MCRU, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Connecting a channel
Only a channel’s owner can connect it, through Google’s consent screen. You can withdraw access at any time in your Google security settings. By connecting a channel you confirm that you own it.
5. Content responsibility
The operator is responsible for everything published through MCRU. Content must not:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
- contain spam, malware or harmful material;
- violate the terms or community guidelines of YouTube.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of MCRU is also covered by our Privacy Policy. It explains what data is accessed, how it is used and how it can be deleted.
7. Availability
MCRU may not always be available. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control can interrupt it, and a scheduled publication may be delayed or may fail.
8. Limitation of liability
MCRU is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using MCRU, including failed or delayed publications and differences between the performance data shown here and the data shown on YouTube.
9. Ending access
Access to MCRU can be suspended or ended at any time. You can end it yourself by revoking access in your Google account settings and asking us to delete your data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using MCRU after a change, you accept the updated terms.
